Claim Insight/EDI Viewer: Multi-Dataset Support

We’re excited to introduce a new capability in Claim Insight / EDI Viewer: the ability to split your data into multiple independent databases (“datasets”) under a single account.

Each dataset is fully isolated, with its own files, dashboards, and analytics. You can switch between datasets anytime from your profile menu (the cogwheel icon in the top-right corner of the app).

How you can use datasets

Here are a few ways this can simplify your workflows:

  • Separate by payer: Load remits from different payers into separate datasets so each payer has its own clean dashboards and CSV exports.
  • Archive historical data: Keep the current year’s claims in one dataset and move prior years into an archive dataset.
