Claim Insight/EDI Viewer 2.14.8 — Easier Navigation and Smarter Filters

We’re pleased to announce the release of Claim Insight / EDI Viewer version 2.14.8 — an update focused on improving navigation and filtering.
If you’re using our hosted service, your instance has already been updated automatically.

🔎 Improved Navigation

You can now navigate to the Claim List or Payment List directly from dashboards.
Click any dashboard label to open the corresponding list filtered by that value.

Claim List and Payment List views now include a Back button when you arrive from another view.
For example, you can navigate to the claim list from the file list view and then go back to the file list with a single click. This way, you can quickly review claims across multiple files.

The same navigation pattern works across analytics views.

📅 Period Filters

We’ve added a month/year filter to all analytics views and dashboards.

Click the filter icon and select the month/year from the dropdown. You can also select multiple values.

You can also filter by year – type in the year instead of selecting the month/year from the dropdown.

🧠 Retained Filter State

All views now retain their filters and sort order for the session.

To reset the filters, simply refresh the page.

🧾 New Data Fields

We’ve added a few new fields to the Claim Details view (professional claims only):

  • Hearing/Vision Prescription Date
  • Last Worked Date
  • Authorized Return To Work Date
  • Assumed Care Date
  • Relinquished Care Date
  • Property Casualty First Contact Date
