Website and SMS Terms
Effective Date: October 10, 2026
These terms cover use of the Healthcare Data Insight (HDI) public website and participation in the Claim Insight SMS authentication program. MyArch Data Security Inc operates the SMS program. References to “we,” “our,” or “us” in the SMS provisions mean MyArch Data Security Inc.
1. Scope and Customer Agreements
These terms address public website use and SMS authentication only. Software licenses, SaaS subscriptions, pricing, payment, renewal, cancellation, support commitments, service levels, and processing of customer data are governed by the applicable separate customer agreements.
These terms do not amend or replace those agreements or any Business Associate Agreement (BAA). If these terms conflict with an applicable customer agreement, that agreement controls. Participation in SMS authentication does not change your organization’s subscription or contractual rights.
2. Permitted Website Use
You may use the website and its publicly available materials for lawful purposes, subject to applicable licenses and these terms. You must not:
- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to accounts, systems, or another customer’s information.
- Introduce malicious software, interfere with the website’s operation, or bypass security controls.
- Impersonate another person or provide information you are not authorized to use.
- Use the website in a way that infringes another person’s rights or violates applicable law.
Do not submit patient information, claim details, passwords, or authentication codes through public website contact forms or general support email.
3. Intellectual Property
Website content, documentation, branding, and software are owned by us or the applicable licensors and are protected by intellectual property laws. Access to the website does not transfer ownership or grant a software license. Any expressly stated license for software, code samples, or other materials governs your use of those materials. Third-party trademarks remain the property of their respective owners.
4. Website Information and Availability
Public website materials and examples provide general information about our products and their use. They are not medical, legal, or billing advice, and do not guarantee claim payment or regulatory compliance. You are responsible for evaluating their suitability for your circumstances.
We aim to keep the website accurate and available, but public website content may contain errors or become outdated, and access may be interrupted. To the extent permitted by law, the public website and its informational materials are provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of accuracy, completeness, or uninterrupted availability. This provision does not limit warranties, service commitments, or remedies in an applicable customer agreement, or rights that cannot lawfully be excluded.
5. Third-Party Links
The website may link to third-party websites or services for convenience. Those services have their own terms and privacy practices. A link does not imply endorsement, and we are not responsible for the content or availability of external websites.
6. Privacy
Our Privacy Policy describes how we handle information collected through the public website and Claim Insight SMS authentication program, including mobile numbers, consent records, and messaging information. Customer data processed through our products remains subject to the applicable customer agreements and security controls.
7. Claim Insight SMS Authentication Terms
7.1 Program and Message Purpose
The Claim Insight SMS Authentication program is operated by MyArch Data Security Inc. It sends account-verification and sign-in codes to authorized Claim Insight users who choose SMS authentication. Messages support account security and multi-factor authentication; this program does not send marketing messages, patient information, or claim details.
7.2 Enrollment and Consent
To enroll, you must provide a mobile number you are authorized to use and give separate, affirmative consent to receive authentication texts. Providing a phone number or accepting these terms alone does not constitute SMS consent.
SMS is optional and is not a condition of purchasing our services. You may use authenticator-app multi-factor authentication instead. Your organization may still require multi-factor authentication to access Claim Insight.
Keep your mobile number current. If you lose control of a number or change numbers, contact us to update your account before using SMS authentication again. Do not share verification codes with anyone.
7.3 Frequency and Charges
Message frequency varies with account activity, including enrollment, sign-in attempts, and requests to resend codes. Message and data rates may apply under your wireless plan. Contact your wireless provider with questions about your plan or charges.
7.4 Opting Out
Reply STOP to the number that sent the message to stop SMS messages from this program. You may receive a final message confirming your opt-out. No further program messages will be sent unless you opt in again.
Opting out also stops SMS authentication codes. Use another supported authentication method, such as an authenticator app, or contact us for account-access assistance. Opting out of SMS does not cancel your organization’s subscription.
7.5 Re-Enrolling
If you previously opted out and want to receive SMS authentication codes again, reply UNSTOP to the same toll-free number to request removal of the carrier-level block. Complete the SMS enrollment and consent process again before requesting authentication codes. Contact us if you need help restoring SMS access.
7.6 Help and Contact
Reply HELP for assistance, or email privacy@datainsight.health with questions about this program or your messaging preferences. Do not include passwords, verification codes, patient information, or claim details in your message.
7.7 Delivery Limitations
SMS delivery depends on wireless coverage, carrier networks, and other conditions outside our control. Messages may be delayed or fail to arrive. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. If a code does not arrive or has expired, use the available resend option, another supported authentication method, or contact us for assistance.
7.8 SMS Privacy
Mobile phone numbers, SMS opt-in data, and consent records are not sold, rented, or shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Information may be disclosed to providers supporting authentication and message delivery as necessary to operate this program, or as required by law. See our Privacy Policy for details.
8. Changes to These Terms
We may update these terms and will post revisions on this page with a revised effective date. Changes to customer agreements follow the notice and amendment procedures in those agreements. We will obtain new SMS consent where required before changing the messaging purposes covered by your existing consent.
